We capture all of our photos in Raw format and apply color, brightness, etc. adjustments to all photos before delivering them to a client. Straight out of the camera is okay for some applications but rarely provides the best dynamic range and overall quality of the photos.
Our drones capture highly detailed 4K video and with programmed routes, we're able to get smooth motion around a property or construction site. Jerky video is a thing of the past.
We can visit a development project at regular intervals and fly the same programmed route each time which allows us to create timelapse videos either of photos or video footage. We can show a year of construction progress in a short (1-2 minute) video.
While aerial services are what drives our business, we continue to offer traditional ground-based photography and videography services to be able to deliver a full package of media to market your property or document your development project. We also cover events such as the Red Paddle Kayak race, Pie K race, and the DirtyFeat Adventure race.
According to Redfin "Across all price tiers, homes with DSLR photography were more likely to sell within six months than homes with point-and-shoot photos." They further note that "homes with listing photos taken with DSLR cameras sell for $3,400 to $11,200 more relative to their list prices."
